Canadian Experience Class :

This could be anyone who has obtained at least 1 year of Skilled Canadian Experience , possibly after graduating from publicly founded college , or someone who has worked in Canada under spousal work permit of LMIA supported work permit
Other requirements :
Language skills – This one often causes a lot of grief , and frustration . Reality is that even though you may qualify to enter Express Entry pool with your current score , in most cases you need to obtain the CLB 9 on higher to get enough points to actually receive an invitation to apply for permanent residency .

To receive an optimal number of points ….you should get CLB 9
Skilled Experience:
At least 1560 hours over tat least 12 full months ( 52 weeks )in Skilled Position ( NOC 0,A,B) . We suggest to confirm if your position is skilled before accepting a job offer . Also you cannot be self-employed which means you have to be on payroll of a company , receive T4 ( NOT OTHER SLIP ) the end of the year . The employer has to deduct all applicable fees and deductions from your earnings .
Age
This program works best for Applicants up to age of 30 …. though do not get discouraged if you are older . For Applicants over 45, best to look at other options such as Provincial Nominations .
